I find the hotel's proximity to key attractions to be beneficial. The staff demonstrated notable kindness and professionalism. The room was clean upon my arrival. I also find the gardens well maintained.
I noticed the air conditioning unit in my room did not function effectively. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature during the warmer parts of the day. This situation made it difficult to relax fully in the room.

Surprisingly Charming Stay
really good serviceclean gardengood breakfast
The Kazu restaurant provided an really good experience. Mohamed Essam's service stood out. The hotel gardens are clean and looped clean. Staff maintained everything well. Breakfast offered good elegance and sophistication with extra guest attention. Violet and Mahmoud provided service with a smile.
